Another Day, Another Notch "My favorite thing is to go where I've never been." - Diane Arbus We all have our favorite haunts, but we also need to make time to experience new places. This expands our minds and can be good for our spirits. What are we afraid of? That the new place will be awful? If so, we just won't go again, and it's just as likely it will be a wonderful experience-perhaps we will meet new friends or the new place will make its way onto list of hot spots.

Getting hurt wanting revenge is normal but, the outcome can make the problem worst.

When an occasion creeps up, I have to practice before I can play anything-and even then my timing is usually off. My false pride prevents me from playing in front of other unless I am pressured into it. Lately, though, I have been thinking that the folks in the nursi
