Lying often seems like the easier way out, but it usually ends up zapping our time and our energy. The one little lie that gets the ball rolling comes out so easily, but keeping up with all the little lies that breed from the one little lie- that's where it gets complicated. It isn't teally worth it, is it? Plus, have you ever just blurted out the truth and later realized how refreshing it was, how real? It gave you the opportunity to have a real discussion, truer level. Just discuss whatever happened- don't overcomplicate things..
