In life, we have to choose our battles-we need to be able to distinguish the significant from the trivial. That idea you threw out at last weeks meeting? Maybe the idea the next person threw out was indeed stronger or timelier. Let it go, and work to incorporate your associate's idea. Next time, maybe your associate will work all the harder to incorporate yours.
