Spend Your Time Wisely

Your boss, your kids, your spouse, your mother, your friends, the neighbors, the PTA, your kids' teachers-they all want a chunk of your time. Being busy is good; it keeps us social and connected. Just make sure things are in balance. There are times when we agree to do something simply because a loved one asks -everything is give and take. Just be sure you're also getting to do the things you want to do instead of always feeling pressured to attend to everyone else's needs.
TODAY I WILL THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE AGREEING TO AN ACTIVITY - I WILL NOT ALWAYS JUST SAY, "SURE," AND THEN BE FRANTIC ABOUT GETTING EVERYTHING DONE.
