I'm All Ears

During a slightly rough patch in my ever-growing relationship with the love of my life, we both felt a little pressure from each other about expectations. We came to the conclusion that we both needed to listen more and talk less. We also decided to spill the beans each evening before bedtime to clear the air and say what's on our minds. We listen to each other and really try to put ourselves in the other's shoes. Spilling the beans has worked to help us both be better listeners.... and better friends.
TODAY I WILL ENDEAVOR TO LISTEN MORE THAN I TALK.
