How many times have you said to yourself, "I wish I had time for that"? If it is something you sincerely long to do, make plans to do it. Otherwise, it is easy to let your daily routine get in the way. Do you long to get into a good exercise routine but find it difficult to "find the time"? Perhaps get up a little earlier each day and take a morning walk or fit in a walk during your lunch hour. Before you know it, it will be as routine as brushing your teeth.
IF I FIND MYSELF WISHING I HAD TIME TO DO SOMETHING TODAY, I WILL LOOK THROUGH MY CALENDAR AND CARVE OUT TIME FOR IT.
