Too Bad, So Sad

It's okay to be sad. We all feel down from time to time. Sometimes we need a little sad. If we lose a loved one or suffer some other loss, it is natural to feel down for a while. We retreat to our rooms, look at old photo, and work through our loss. Sad happens-let it. Just don't let it last too long. If you can't seem to shake your sadness, get help. There's no shame in admitting that you are having difficulty. We all need help at times. Your loved ones will be relieved if you seek the help you need to pull you through this difficult time.
IF I FEEL A LITTLE SAD TODAY, I WILL LET MYSELF WALLOW FOR A LITTLE WHILE. PASSES, THOUGH, I WILL DO SOMETHING TO DISTRACT MYSELF FROM MY GRIEF. PERHAPS I'LL TAKE WALK, GO SEE A MOVIE OR EXHIBIT, OR PHONE A GOOD FRIEND.
