Make Peace with the Process
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work
- Thomas Alva Edison
Edison sure was an optimist, wasn't he? He never focused on failure- just on researching possibilities. That's a good attitude for any of us. When you think about the universe, the possibilities are endless. Endless possibilities entail endless possibilities for failure as well as success. The only way we can make progress is by experimentation., and failure goes hand in hand with experimentation. But we must not let failure discourage us-it is simply part of the process.
TODAY I WILL EXPERIMENT WITH SOMETHING NEW, AND I WILL NOT GET DISCOURAGED IF THINGS GO AWRY.
